This is the Ready variant of the Northern Tribes Warrior — a powerful figure caught in the tense, loaded moment just before combat erupts. Legs wide and planted, fists raised and clenched, she's not charging yet — she's daring her enemies to come to her. It's the kind of pose that tells a story before the dice even hit the table.

Her silhouette is defined by layers of heavy fur — a deep, tightly-woven hood framing her face, thick fur-trimmed boots rising to the knee, and a voluminous fur-lined cloak draped across broad, muscular shoulders. Beneath the outer layers sits a stitched leather cuirass with segmented plates at the waist, practical warrior's wrappings across the legs, and claw-tooth decorations at the chest — clearly a fighter who has faced things worth hunting. Every texture in the sculpt rewards a careful paint job: the layered fur, the stitched seams, the weathered leather.

She reads immediately as a barbarian — raw, physical, and utterly self-possessed. Whether you're running her as a player character drawing from the Path of the Totem Warrior, a formidable NPC chieftain, or a rival fighter the party must reckon with, the sculpt carries the weight of someone who has survived the unforgiving north long enough to become its finest warrior.

This miniature works brilliantly for adventurers who:

  • Are playing a Barbarian or Fighter with a tribal or arctic background
  • Need a striking female NPC leader for a northern or tundra-dwelling faction
  • Are building encounter tables for arctic wilderness, frozen ruins, or highland settlements
  • Want a characterful mini that rewards painters with rich surface texture and layered clothing detail
  • Are running campaigns set in icy, survival-focused environments

Encounter Hook: The party has pushed too far north, into territory that belongs to the Icebone Tribe. They don't hear her until she drops from the ridge above the trail — boots crunching into packed snow, arms raised, fists ready. She says nothing. She doesn't need to. Behind her, the creak of a dozen bows being drawn. She is either their executioner or their ambassador, and they have about six seconds to work out which.
