Northern Hunter (Kaelor) by Primal Collectibles
Description
In the fog-choked marshes of Kreyvos, Kaelor moves without sound — bow drawn, eyes fixed, and an arrow already seeking its mark before his quarry knows he's there.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Kaelor is available in three distinct poses, each capturing a different moment in the hunt. This listing lets you choose the variant that best suits your table — whether that's a bowman at full draw, arrow levelled and locked on target, or stalking low with one knee bent, reading the terrain. All three share the same rugged character: tattered woodland leathers layered over strapped bracers and leg wrappings, a quiver of arrows across the back, and an expressive face that reads equal parts focus and quiet menace.
The sculpts come to life on a richly detailed swamp base — root tangles, broken stone, and standing water frozen in resin — which ties Kaelor firmly to the dark, moss-hung wetlands visible in Primal Collectibles' Tales of Kreyvos setting. The basing alone tells a story: this is someone who belongs to the wilderness, not a soldier pressed into it.
On the tabletop, Kaelor reads immediately as a Ranger, Hunter archetype, or Arcane Archer — the kind of figure that lands on the mat and makes your players take note. Off the table, those three distinct poses give painters a genuine project in character study: the tension of a drawn bow, the disciplined stillness of a hunter mid-stalk, the explosive stance of someone releasing a shot they've been tracking for three hundred yards.
A well-chosen miniature for adventurers who:
- Play a Ranger, Scout Rogue, or Arcane Archer and want a character piece with genuine presence
- Need a capable, morally ambiguous wilderness NPC — a hunter, a tracker, or a bounty man
- Want a swamp-based figure that pairs naturally with wetland terrain and dense scatter
- Enjoy painting character miniatures with dynamic poses and fine costume detail
- Are building out a Tales of Kreyvos collection and want every sculpt from the range
Encounter Hook: The party has been hired to track a creature that has been taking livestock from the villages along the Kreyvos marshes. But when they arrive at the last known sighting, they find someone has been there before them — a single arrow through the creature's skull, fletching still quivering. Kaelor steps out of the treeline, bow unstrung, and looks at the party with no particular warmth. He got here first. The question is whether he'll share what he knows, or disappear back into the fog.
Details
Three sculpt variations available — select your preferred pose at checkout. Each miniature is supplied as a single unpainted piece on its own integrated swamp base. At 32mm scale, Kaelor sits naturally alongside standard D&D and Pathfinder figures. Fine surface detail across the leatherwork, quiver, bracers, and base rewards careful painting.
