Few NPCs carry as much weight as a powerful noble — and this sculpt delivers every ounce of that gravitas. Modelled after the archetype of Laeral Silverhand, Open Lord of Waterdeep and one of the legendary Seven Sisters, this miniature captures a figure of considerable authority rendered in flowing robes and layered ceremonial armour. Her broad structured pauldrons frame a high collar, and the layered overcoat is etched with angular arcane detailing that hints at a life spent at the intersection of politics and magic. One hand is drawn close to her chest — composed, controlled — while the other rests at her side, open and ready, as if she is always weighing her next move.
The sculpt is available in three distinct variations, each offering a slightly different pose and expression. Variation 01 presents her with a long, thick braided plait draped over one shoulder alongside her crown braid — the most dramatic silhouette of the three. Variation 02 shows the same long braid in motion behind her, with a forward-stepping stance that reads as purposeful and direct. Variation 03 gives her a tighter, more composed look — braid pinned close — with a sharper, more guarded expression and one hand extended slightly downward, as though she has just dismissed someone from her presence. All three figures stand in full-length robes with rich folds and arcane trim detailing at the hem.
Whether she is the Open Lord herself, a spymaster in disguise, a high-ranking guild official, or a powerful wizard who has decided that robes are, in fact, armour, this miniature earns a place at any sophisticated urban encounter — or anchors a display shelf with quiet authority.

Encounter Hook: The party has been summoned — not invited, summoned — to the upper gallery of Waterdeep's castle. She is already there when they arrive, standing with her back to the door, watching the city below. When she finally turns, her first words are not a greeting but a question: she names the relic the party recovered three sessions ago, the one they told no one about, and asks, very quietly, where they found it.
