Description

The ground shakes before you see it — a moss-crusted colossus hauling a slab of living stone overhead, its bark-thick hide bristling with wild growth, its roar splitting the canopy as it prepares to bring ruin down on anything foolish enough to stand in its way.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is a massive, imposing sculpt — and it earns every millimetre of its huge 76.5mm base. The Nature Troll is caught mid-throw, both arms wrenching a thick slab of layered rock above its head with a ferocity that suggests the party's front-liner is about to have a very bad day. The troll's body is encrusted with natural growth — patches of lichen, tufts of coarse fur, jagged outcroppings of stone — giving it the look of something that didn't just wander out of the wilderness but is, in some ancient and terrible way, made of it.

The facial expression sells it entirely: wide jaw open in a snarl, brow low and murderous, teeth bared. This is not a creature that reasons. It is a force of nature with a grudge. Despite its bulk, there's dynamism in every line of the sculpt — shoulders torqued, legs braced, the whole silhouette radiating coiled violence about to be released. Whether you base it as a highland boulder-field, a forest clearing, or the deep wilderness, it will anchor an encounter visually from the moment it hits the table.

As a centrepiece creature for high-tier wilderness encounters, the Nature Troll rewards patient painters — the layered rock, matted fur, and organic growths across its hide offer a wealth of texture to work with. Drybrushing, washes, and spot colour on the lichen patches will bring this beast to life in striking fashion. It is equally compelling as a display piece for collectors who appreciate large-format, character-rich sculpts.

  • Adventurers running high-CR wilderness or mountain encounters who need a creature that commands the table
  • DMs building nature-themed threats — ancient forest guardians, corrupted elementals, or territorial giants-adjacent monsters
  • Painters drawn to richly textured organic sculpts with deep shadow wells and plenty of surface variety
  • Collectors seeking a large-format display piece with genuine presence on the shelf

Encounter Hook: The party has been tasked with retrieving a druidic artefact from a sacred grove — but something old and furious has already claimed it. As they breach the treeline, a shadow falls across them. The Nature Troll stands knee-deep in the ruins of a stone shrine, the artefact's housing crushed in one hand, a quarried slab of the shrine wall raised overhead in the other. It does not negotiate. It does not retreat. It throws.
