The Nalfeshnee is one of the Abyss's most feared greater demons — a bloated, grotesque brute that combines savage physical power with a cruelty that is almost intellectual in its patience. In D&D 5e lore, Nalfeshnees serve as judges and torturers of the damned, wielding both tooth and claw and a terrifying multicoloured flash of unholy light that can stun entire parties.
