The Mysterious Supplies 01 set from Novaminis delivers four characterful scatter terrain pieces that bring life, texture, and narrative to any tabletop scene. The set includes a woven wicker barrel with a capped lid, its open lattice sides hinting at whatever might be breathing inside. Alongside it sits a square lattice crate of similar construction — solid enough to be cargo, mysterious enough to be something else. The stacked flat trays are a merchant's staple, the kind of thing that gets piled up and forgotten until someone asks what's under the top one. And then there's the orb vessel — a studded, spherical container on a pedestal base that has absolutely no reason to look that smug about itself.
Each piece is sculpted with confident detail — the open weave patterns on the barrel and crate catch paint beautifully with a simple wash, while the stacked trays and orb respond well to drybrushing and spot colour for metal studs and trim.
