This is Variation 01 of the Mysterious Figure range from Novaminis — a cloaked, heavily-built human male with a scarred hood pulled forward over his brow. He wears a sturdy belt with pouches, laced leather greaves, and studded knee guards, and his broad, floor-length cape hangs open at the front, cross-laced down the back edge with careful stitching detail. One hand is raised slightly at his side, fingers loosely curled — not reaching for a weapon, but not at ease either. The pose reads as watchful and deliberate: a man who knows exactly why he's in the room.

The sculpt rewards painters who enjoy working with large fabric surfaces. The cape offers broad folds with deep recesses that respond beautifully to washes and drybrushing, while the belt hardware, pouch fastenings, and boot detailing give plenty of focal points for contrast work.
