The Myconid Puppet is one of the most characterful and unsettling constructs you can bring to your tabletop. Sculpted in a deceptively cheerful style, this figure has the proportions of a marionette — spindly limbs, a wide-brimmed hat laden with morel mushrooms, oyster fungi, and bracket growths — yet every surface is threaded with mycelium, hinting at something ancient and networked beneath that knowing grin. The closed eyes and serene expression make it all the stranger: this thing does not need to see you to know you're there.
The sculpt by Mia Kay M3DM captures a wonderful tension between whimsy and dread. A gnarled, bare-branched tree rises beside it on the base, with tufts of grass and crystal shards at its feet. Up close, the hat alone rewards a painter's attention — layered with morels, button caps, and finger-like protrusions, it reads almost like a forest canopy in miniature. This one works equally well as a mysterious NPC lurking at the edge of a Feywild market, a constructed guardian of a myconid colony, or a druid's unsettling familiar.

Supplied at 32mm scale. The version with a scenic base comes as a single attached piece. The version with a plain base is supplied with the base separate, ready to be attached with a small amount of glue. This miniature arrives unpainted and ready for priming — a blank canvas for your colour scheme.
