This bundle brings together both Myconid Brute sculpts from Novaminis — two distinct takes on the fungal heavyweights of the Underdark. Brute 01 is a hunched, lurching mass of bloated mycelium and dripping tendrils, its wide cap sitting low over a gaping maw, clawed arms outstretched mid-charge. Brute 02 stands taller and leaner — a more deliberate, stalking presence, its gill-fringed cap bristling with spore tubes, ribbed musculature visible beneath fungal plating, one arm raised as if commanding or striking. Together they make a formidable pair: raw aggression alongside cold, deliberate menace.

Myconids in D&D are creatures of the deep — alien in motivation, powerful in body, and deeply unsettling in the way they communicate through spores rather than speech. These brutes represent the muscle of a myconid colony: the defenders, the enforcers, the things that greet intruders with fists rather than rapport spores. Use them as guardians of a sovereign's grove, as corrupted specimens warped by aberrant influence, or as the shock troops of a myconid war party pushing into contested tunnels.

Encounter Hook:
The party follows a trail of bioluminescent spores deep into a flooded cavern — only to find two of the colony's brutes standing motionless in the shallows, facing away, apparently guarding something buried beneath the fungal mat on the cave floor. The sovereign's voice arrives in their minds: "Do not touch what sleeps. Or the brutes will not be told to stop."

This bundle includes both Myconid Brute 01 and Myconid Brute 02, sculpted at 32mm scale. Each mini arrives unpainted and ready for priming. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present — these are easily tidied with a hobby knife or light sanding.
