This is Myconid 04, a brooding, barrel-bodied fungal brute from Yasashii Kyojin Studios. Taller and more imposing than a typical myconid, this sculpt leans into the creature's unsettling nature — a broad, warty mushroom cap sweeps wide over a squat, bark-like torso studded with smaller toadstools and bony protrusions. Its four thick legs root it to the earth like a thing half-grown from the stone itself, and the small, lidded eyes peering out from beneath that cap give the impression of something ancient watching, waiting, and entirely unimpressed by your party's torch.

At 44mm tall, this is a larger-than-standard miniature — a presence at the table rather than background scatter. Encounter Hook:
The party follows a trail of half-digested explorers into a cavern where the walls breathe. At the centre, motionless and massive, stands a myconid unlike any in the texts — older, thicker, its cap cracked and weeping a faintly glowing spore-dust. It has not moved in three days. The locals say it's waiting. They don't know what for. And then your ranger rolls a Perception check and realises it's been watching the entrance — watching for exactly the number of people in your group.

Myconid 04 is printed at 44mm scale (taller than standard 32mm) to reflect the creature's commanding presence. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be affixed with a small amount of glue. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or striking straight from the box as a display piece.
