Myconid 03 by Yasashii Kyojin Studios
Description
It stood at the forest's edge where the mushrooms grew tall and wrong — a hollow-eyed thing of intertwined limbs, its crown a tangle of reaching hands, moving without sound and without mercy.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is pose 03 of the Myconid range from Yasashii Kyojin Studios, and it is unlike any fungal creature you have seen rendered in miniature form. Standing 66mm tall, this is no docile Underdark elder offering spores of peace — this sculpt depicts something far more unsettling. Multiple grasping human-like hands erupt from a deer-like body, clambering upward to form the creature's torso and crown, draped in a shroud of flowing fabric that billows from the mass. The anatomy is deliberately wrong in the most compelling way: too many limbs, too much reaching, a silhouette that unsettles before you can name why.
For Dungeon Masters, this miniature commands the table. It reads as a corrupted nature spirit, a fey aberration, or a Myconid sovereign twisted by something ancient and hungry. For collectors, the layered sculpt — hands over hands over hollow deer legs — rewards careful painting, with deep recesses for washes and raised edges that will catch drybrushing beautifully.
Perfect for adventurers who:- Need a centrepiece monster that sparks immediate dread at the table
- Are building Underdark, Feywild, or corrupted nature encounters
- Want a display piece that challenges painters with its extraordinary layered anatomy
- Are running body horror, fey horror, or cosmic weirdness campaigns
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking disappearances from a woodland village when they find the missing farmers — their forms half-subsumed into a towering creature that still wears their faces, their hands still reaching outward from its flanks as though begging to be freed.
Scaled to 32mm tabletop standard, though this sculpt stands 66mm tall due to its imposing stature. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is supplied unattached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming; some minor marks from support removal may be present, which are easily tidied before painting.
