This is Myconid Minion 3, the third pose in DM Stash's myconid range — and it captures something distinctly unsettling about fungal life made ambulatory. The sculpt depicts a hunched, bipedal myconid in mid-stride, its body colonised by a cluster of mushroom caps of varying sizes erupting from its shoulders and head. Fibrous, bark-like texture covers the torso and limbs, and the detail on the underside of the primary cap — with its gilled, maw-like appearance — gives this creature genuine menace. The textured rubble base, scattered with smaller fungi and broken stone, grounds it firmly in Underdark terrain. Both front and rear angles of the sculpt are shown in the product images, and the level of detail across every surface repays careful painting.

Encounter Hook:
The party descends into a cave system to retrieve a missing scholar — and finds him standing motionless in a ring of myconids, eyes open, a faint violet dusting on his lips. He turns slowly and asks, in a voice that is almost his own, why the party has come to disturb the dreaming.

Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature and decorative base are separate pieces, designed to be joined with a small amount of superglue — note that some sculpts interact with their base in ways that make the base an important part of the composition. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Minor support marks may occasionally be present; these are straightforward to clean up before painting.
