This is no shambling grave-wraith. The Mummy Lord stands with the authority of a god-king, one hand raised in a gesture that could be blessing or curse, the other gripping a tall spear with the ease of a warrior who has held it since before your civilisation drew breath. Adorned in ceremonial regalia — a bejewelled tiara-crown, a beaded pectoral collar, feathered skirts bound at the waist, and linen wrappings at the legs — this is a ruler interrupted, not a corpse forgotten. The skeletal face is wide-mouthed, as if mid-proclamation, delivering judgement to those foolish enough to enter the sanctum.

In D&D 5e, the Mummy Lord is a CR 15 boss monster with legendary actions, an aura of dread, and the ability to reshape the battlefield through sheer force of necrotic will. This sculpt by MZ4250 captures that presence exactly — this is a creature that commands the room before it even acts. Whether you're running a desert tomb delve, a campaign rooted in ancient civilisations, or a Ravenloft-adjacent arc with a god-king domain, this miniature earns its place at the centre of the encounter map.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a centrepiece boss for a tomb, necropolis, or cursed ruin encounter
  • Are building a campaign around ancient empires, desert settings, or divine undead
  • Want a display-worthy undead mini that reads clearly as a ruler, not just a monster
  • Are collecting the MZ4250 undead range for a cohesive gallery or encounter set

Encounter Hook:
The party discovers a hieroglyphic warning scratched beneath the original inscription — in Common, scrawled in dried blood: "Do not let it finish the proclamation." As the Mummy Lord's jaw opens, the air thickens, the torches gutter, and every character with a pulse feels the weight of a divine curse pressing against their chest.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale and supplied as a single piece attached to a round base, ready for priming and painting. The sculpt features excellent surface detail — the beadwork, feathered skirts, and crown ornaments all hold up beautifully at this scale for both painting and display.
