The Mummy Monk is no shambling horror of rotting linen. This is something far more dangerous: an ancient warrior whose monastic training survived death itself. His staff rests across his shoulders in the measured calm of someone who has fought a thousand times and never once lost his composure. Desiccated skin pulled taut over wiry muscle, robes still flowing despite the ages, he stands with the eerie stillness of a creature that sees no reason to hurry — because you are not going anywhere.
This is the action pose variant from M3DM's Mummy Monk range, showing the character mid-stride with his quarterstaff raised across his back in a deliberate, coiled-energy stance. The sculpt captures extraordinary surface detail — every wrap of linen, every sunken muscle and hollow cheek, the gnarled grain of the staff — that rewards a careful painting session and looks superb even straight from the printer. Equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf, this is a miniature that earns its place in any undead or desert-themed collection.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a distinctive undead martial threat for a tomb, pyramid, or cursed monastery encounter
- Are running desert campaigns, Egyptian-inspired settings, or Ravenloft adventures
- Want an undead enemy that reads as calculated and dangerous rather than mindless
- Enjoy painting detailed, character-rich miniatures with strong lore presence
- Collect undead or monk-class miniatures for display or NPC use
Encounter Hook:
The party has broken the wax seal on the inner sanctum door when the silence shifts — not a sound, but an absence of one. The torchlight catches a figure in the far corner, staff across its shoulders, head bowed. It does not shamble forward. It simply raises its eyes, and the monk who spent four centuries meditating on revenge takes his first deliberate step.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model on a detailed base is supplied as a single piece. If you select the plain base option, the base arrives detached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Comes unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or use straight away. We quality check every piece before it leaves us, though minor marks from the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
