This is Mummy 06 from Novaminis, the sixth sculpt in their Mummy range. Where earlier poses in the series convey shambling menace, this one tells a different story: a disciplined, weapon-ready fighter who happened to die and simply carried on. She stands in a wide combat stance, a curved khopesh-like blade drawn in her right hand and a heavy rectangular shield — or second weapon — braced along her left arm. Wrappings coil across her limbs and torso, layered over a studded leather skirt with ornate scroll-worked belt detailing. Her head is fully wrapped, with hollow, mask-like eye sockets that give her a cold, calculating presence. This is not a lurching thrall. This is a soldier.

The sculpt rewards painters — the bandage textures across every limb, the tooled leather of the skirt panel, and the aged, nicked edge of the blade all offer excellent surface detail for drybrushing and washes. Equally at home patrolling a display shelf as guarding a crypt on the tabletop.

Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black display base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, minor marks may occasionally remain and can be cleaned up easily. Fully cured and ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box.
