Mud Mephits are among the most irritating creatures the elemental planes have to offer — small enough to underestimate, mean enough to regret it. This sculpt captures one mid-strut, one clawed foot raised on a stone block as though it owns the room. Its ragged, dripping wings are spread wide, the membrane riddled with holes and sagging with imagined weight. The body is lean and knotted with muscle, the face a masterpiece of petty menace — hooked nose, wide grin, dead eyes. Every surface reads as wet and heavy, from the lumpen wings to the caked, uneven skin.

This is a character mini as much as a monster encounter. Mud Mephits work brilliantly as elemental plane nuisances, swamp dungeon pests, or the weakest — and most annoyingly persistent — minions of a more powerful elemental lord.
