Description

She didn't come to deliver gifts — she came to collect debts, and the spiked flail in her hand suggests the interest has compounded considerably.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is Mrs. Claus as you've never dared imagine her: a formidable warrior-mage striding forward with purpose, spiked flail swinging low and a cape billowing dramatically behind her. Tinted goggles sit above sharp, calculating eyes beneath an ornate crown-like helm, and her layered armour blends arcane sigils with fur trim and practical adventuring gear. She is not an afterthought — she is the threat the party never saw coming.

Whether you're building a Winter Solstice dungeon crawl, a subverted festive one-shot, or simply want a formidable humanoid villain with extraordinary visual presence, Mrs. Claus brings a rare blend of holiday iconography and genuine menace. The sculpted rocky base adds drama to her already commanding stride, making her equally at home on the tabletop or a display shelf.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable BBEG or villain NPC with a festive twist
  • Are running a Winter-themed or Krampus-adjacent campaign arc
  • Want a characterful humanoid antagonist with a striking silhouette
  • Are building a display collection of standout character sculpts
  • Enjoy ambitious painting projects with layered armour, cloth, and metals

Encounter Hook:
The party is hired to investigate a series of disappearances in a snowbound mountain village — merchants, tax collectors, and one particularly corrupt alderman. The locals whisper about a woman in armour who rides at the head of a sleigh that leaves no tracks. When the adventurers finally catch up, they find her in the village square, flail in hand, standing over the bound alderman. She turns to them slowly. "You may want to decide," she says, "whose side you're actually on."

This miniature is supplied as a display-scale piece — the base measures 80mm, making it larger than standard 32mm gaming miniatures. It is sized this way by the artist to suit a boss character presence. If you'd prefer a different scale, send us a message and we'll see what we can do. The scenic base is supplied detached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. The piece arrives ready for priming and painting, or looks characterful straight out of the box in grey.
