The Mounted Faceless King is a centrepiece sculpt in every sense. Perched atop a snarling dire wolf mid-stride, this warlord figure carries a sweeping great axe in one hand and a spear in the other, his armour layered with brutal, war-worn detail. His helm is featureless — blank where a face should be — lending him an unnerving, inhuman quality that makes him as unsettling at close range as he is imposing across a battlefield. The scenic base is rich with narrative texture: scattered armour, coiled rope, skulls and stonework tell the story of conquest already behind him.

This is a display-scale miniature sized well beyond standard 32mm — the base measures 80mm across — placing the Faceless King firmly in boss monster territory. He works equally well as a BBEG for a mounted warlord campaign arc, a demon-touched general, or a corrupted champion of a dying kingdom. Painted or raw, he commands attention on a shelf or a game table.

Encounter Hook:
The village elder swore the old king died in the northern pass thirty years ago — but the sentries are gone, the border stones are shattered, and something enormous is moving through the tree line. When the party reaches the ridge, they see him: mounted, faceless, and already looking directly at them.
This model is sized larger than standard 28mm/32mm scale — the base is 80mm, designed by the artist to serve as a boss or display character. If you'd like a different scale, feel free to message us and we'll see what we can arrange. The base is supplied detached but attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all fine-detail miniatures, minor imperfections may occasionally occur and any small marks can be tidied up before priming.
