Morrigan, Concubine of Quorenderi by DM Stash

She was beautiful once — before Quorenderi's touch rewrote her flesh in coiling tentacles and snapping eel-mouths, binding her to his service for all eternity.

• ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
• ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
• ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
• ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Morrigan occupies that unsettling space between the humanoid and the utterly alien. Her upper body retains the composed bearing of a sorcerous noble — layered robes, an ornate belt, and long braided armour-wraps along her arms — but any illusion of normalcy unravels rapidly below the waist, where thick, writhing tentacles replace limbs entirely, coiling outward across her sculpted scenic base. Her crown of living eels — mouths agape, bodies intertwined — frames a face of eerie calm, the expression of someone who has long since made peace with what she has become.

The sculpt is richly detailed throughout: the texture contrast between her woven fabric robes and the sucker-lined tentacles is particularly striking, and the dynamic sprawl of the base gives her significant table presence. She arrives as a multipart assembly, with the decorative base included, allowing you to position the piece for maximum visual impact whether she's gracing a gaming table or a display shelf.

As a BBEG or high-ranking cultist villain she carries real menace — the sort of figure that makes your players glance nervously at each other the moment she enters the scene. She's equally compelling as a painting project: the variety of surface textures across flesh, fabric, scales and tentacles offers a genuinely rewarding challenge for painters at any level.

• Dungeon Masters building a deep-sea or Abyssal cult campaign around a kraken-like patron
• Players running a Warlock with an eldritch Great Old One patron who wants a miniature that shows the cost of that pact
• Painters who relish the challenge of contrasting textures — silk, scale, and sucker-covered tentacle on a single sculpt
• Collectors drawn to dramatic, large-footprint display pieces with genuine character

Encounter Hook: The party arrives at the coastal city of Westlook following rumours of missing fisherfolk. In the flooded undercroft of the harbour-master's warehouse, they find Morrigan holding court — tentacles coiled around a weeping acolyte, eel-crowns snapping at the torchlight. She does not attack immediately. She smiles. She tells them Quorenderi has already claimed three of their names. She offers them a choice.
