Description

She smiles as though she already knows how this evening ends — and she has dressed accordingly.

  • ✔ Large-scale display bust — significantly bigger than standard 32mm
  • ✔ Resin printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — ideal as a centrepiece painting project
  • ✔ Designed for display shelves and painting competitions

Morgause Lovefeaster is a figure who commands a room without raising her voice. This display bust captures her at her most composed: an elaborate upswept hairstyle of voluminous braided loops and plaited coils crowns her head like a ceremonial crown in its own right, whilst dangling earrings and a layered pearl necklace speak to wealth worn with intention. The fitted bodice beneath her dramatically ruffled shoulders is etched with flowing scroll-work — the kind of ornamentation that sits somewhere between noble court fashion and something altogether more arcane. Her expression is the real centrepiece: a slow, knowing smile that suggests she is either a patron, a schemer, or possibly both.

As a bust sculpt, Morgause is designed to showcase painting technique and character expression rather than serve as a standard tabletop piece. She rewards careful brushwork — the braided hair alone offers a masterclass in layering and highlighting, whilst the jewellery, scroll-work bodice, and ruffled collar give experienced painters plenty of textural variety to work with. The stepped plinth base keeps her display-ready straight out of the box. She is equally at home inspiring a D&D campaign's most memorable NPC as she is sitting on a painter's display shelf.

Perfect for adventurers who:
  • Enjoy detailed display painting projects with expressive faces and intricate textures
  • Are building a fantasy bust collection with a focus on character and narrative
  • Need a visual anchor for a manipulative noble, court enchantress, or enigmatic patron in their campaign
  • Want a statement piece for a hobby shelf, gift, or showcase display

Encounter Hook:
The party has been summoned to the Lovefeaster estate under the pretence of a feast in their honour. At the head of the long candlelit table sits Morgause herself, her smile never faltering as she reveals, course by course, that she knows far more about each adventurer's secrets than any patron should — and that she has a proposition none of them are in a position to refuse.

This bust is supplied unpainted and unassembled where applicable. Sculpted at collector bust scale and presented on a stepped display plinth. Every piece is printed to order and passes through our quality control process before dispatch.
