Morana is a dark sovereign of the underworld, sculpted with the commanding presence of a goddess who has never once doubted her authority. She stands in poised, confident armour — horned crown, form-fitting plate with flowing robes, and a scythe-tipped staff resting at her side — her gaze fixed on something the rest of us should probably run from. Beside her, her cerberus pulls at a heavy chain, its twin snarling heads low and hungry. The base is strewn with scattered skulls, a fitting throne room for a ruler who collects souls.
This miniature comes in two distinct poses. Pose 01 shows Morana standing square-on with her cerberus flanking her, both heads bared in open challenge — a classic BBEG entrance. Pose 02 turns her into something altogether more unsettling: head tilted back, arm extended, the hound straining forward at the end of the chain as if already given permission. Two very different moods, two very different encounters. Whether you need an imposing underworld queen enthroned at the end of a dungeon or a hunter mid-pursuit, both sculpts deliver something specific and memorable.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a centrepiece BBEG for a dark campaign or underworld arc
- Are building encounters around death gods, soul collectors, or infernal courts
- Want a narrative character who doubles as a display piece on the shelf
- Are running planar travel, necromantic cults, or Ravenloft-adjacent storylines
Encounter Hook:
The party follows a string of disappearances to a collapsed chapel at the edge of a marsh. Inside, the floor is cold — unnaturally cold — and a spiral of bones marks the centre of the room. As they approach, a chain drags across the stone from somewhere below, and then Morana steps through the floor itself as though it were water, the cerberus already lunging at the first adventurer who made eye contact.
Scaled to 32mm. Bases are available in plain black or decorative styles — if you select the decorative base option, please drop us a note with your preferred style and we'll sort it. The base arrives separate and attaches easily. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin miniatures, minor marks may occasionally occur and are simple to address before priming.
