Morana by Great Grimoire
Description
She does not grant wishes — she unravels them, one careful word at a time.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Morana is a commanding dark sorceress sculpted for the table and the display shelf alike. The first pose captures her mid-incantation — mouth open in a snarl, one claw-like hand raised to cast and the other reaching forward as though seizing fate itself. Her crown of jagged bone-white spires marks her as a figure of terrible authority, and her gown trails behind her in tattered folds riddled with hollow skulls, as though the dead themselves are swept along in her wake. This is a character who has never once needed a weapon, because her voice is weapon enough.
The second pose shifts her silhouette entirely — older, more angular, wrapped in layers of decaying cloth that pool around her in a mass of eroded bone and shadow. Here she reaches out with grasping fingers, her expression contorted mid-hex. Two distinct interpretations of the same dread figure, both sculpted with exceptional detail from the crown to the base.
Well-suited for adventurers who:
- Need a centrepiece villain or BBEG for a dark fantasy or Feywild campaign arc
- Are building a hag coven encounter — Morana would lead any Night Hag or Bheur Hag trio with ease
- Want a sorceress or warlock patron made tangible on the table
- Paint character-driven miniatures with rich cloth, bone, and skin tones to work with
- Collect display pieces with genuine narrative presence
Encounter Hook:
The party tracks the source of a string of corrupted wish-grants to a tower at the edge of the Feywild — inside, Morana sits at the centre of a web of contracts, each one signed in good faith, each one curdling slowly into ruin. She offers them tea. She is perfectly polite. She already knows why they've come, and she's already planned three ways to make it worse.
Both poses are printed at 35mm scale. If you'd prefer 32mm, just send us a message and we'll adjust before printing. A decorative base option is available — please include a note with your preferred style, as there are several to choose from. The base arrives separately and attaches easily. Each miniature arrives with supports removed and is fully cured, ready for priming and painting — or display straight away.
