Description

Dispatched from the perfect geometric order of Mechanus, Monodrones carry out their singular purpose with unwavering, expressionless obedience — until something goes horribly, hilariously wrong.

  • ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

The Monodrone is the lowest rung in the rigid hierarchy of the Modrons, and yet there is something deeply unsettling about a creature so utterly devoted to a single task. Spherical bodies studded with bolts and rivets, jointed limbs clicking with mechanical precision, a single enormous eye fixed on whatever directive has been handed down from above — these constructs are equal parts eerie and oddly endearing. Novaminis have captured that tension beautifully: these sculpts carry genuine personality in their wide-mouthed expressions and animated limb poses, making them as charming on a display shelf as they are threatening on a battle map.

This bundle includes both Monodrone variants from Novaminis — pose 01 in a dynamic striding stance with splayed hands and paired feathered wings, and pose 02 in an aggressive lurching posture with distinctive radial spoke-wings extended wide. Together they make a varied, characterful pair for swarm encounters, Mechanus expeditions, or any campaign brushing up against the Great Modron March.

Well suited for adventurers who:

  • Are running encounters on Mechanus or in planes-hopping campaigns
  • Need multiple Monodrone figures for swarm-style combat scenarios
  • Want to build a complete Modron hierarchy display or collection
  • Are painting projects that reward a metallic, clockwork colour scheme
  • Play or run Planescape or Great Modron March adventures

Encounter Hook:
The party's portal to Sigil has been rerouted by a Monodrone that received a single, corrupted order three centuries ago — and it has been faithfully redirecting every traveller ever since, one mechanical step at a time, guided by logic that no longer maps onto any known directive.

This bundle contains both Monodrone sculpts (poses 01 and 02), each printed at 32mm scale. Buying as a bundle offers a saving over purchasing each variation individually — the compare-at price reflects the difference. Both miniatures arrive ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight from the box. Minor support marks are possible and can be tidied up before priming.
