At first glance, this is a serene monastic figure — hands pressed together in quiet prayer, robes folded in careful pleats, candles guttering softly at its feet. Look again. Coiling tentacles erupt from within those robes, writhing upward behind the calm, bald-headed facade. The face holds its meditative composure even as the creature's true nature unfurls around it in great, barbed arcs. The seventh is standing directly behind the party's rearguard, hands still pressed together, tentacles beginning to unfurl.
