Description
Somewhere beneath Castle Ravenloft, in the dungeon warrens where the sun never reaches, the Belviews have made their home — part human, part beast, wholly tragic, and far more dangerous than they appear.
- ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
- ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections
The Mongrelfolk, or Belviews as they are known in the shadow of Strahd's domain, are one of the most distinctive and unsettling encounters a Dungeon Master can place before their players. Each figure in this bundle reflects that beautifully grim variety: a hunched figure clutching a lantern and a fiddle, a towering wolf-headed brute in a heavy cloak, a willowy figure with cascading braided hair and chains, a muscular rat-folk warrior hefting a great blade, a gaunt bat-winged wretch, and several more half-human, half-animal forms in both composed and feral poses. The sculpts capture the tragedy of creatures who are neither fully one thing nor another — detailed enough for display collecting, characterful enough to anchor a Ravenloft session.
This bundle includes all 12 Mongrelfolk miniatures from Yasashii Kyojin Studio's Belviews range, covering a wide spread of hybrid forms and poses — from unsettling composure to outright ferocity. Whether you're running Curse of Strahd or building your own gothic horror campaign setting, this set gives you a ready-made cast of cursed souls. All miniatures are scaled to 32mm.
Well suited for adventurers who:
- Are running Curse of Strahd or any gothic horror campaign and need the full Belview family
- Want a cohesive set of tragic humanoid NPCs with strong visual identity
- Collect creature ranges for display as well as gameplay
- Prefer to buy a complete set rather than individual pieces
Encounter Hook:
The party descends into the lower dungeons of a crumbling manor, torchlight catching the glint of a lantern held by a figure that is equal parts man and wolf. Around it, others shuffle forward — a bat-winged wraith, a rat-folk warrior gripping a heavy blade, a weeping figure trailing braided hair across the stone floor. The Belviews aren't attacking. Not yet. They want to know if the adventurers can break their curse — or whether they'll simply add them to it.
Buying this bundle saves you against purchasing each miniature individually — the Compare at Price reflects the full saving. All 12 miniatures arrive ready for priming and painting, though they're characterful enough to use straight from the box. Supports are removed as standard; as with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
