Grimas is a man who knows the value of everything — and the price of everyone. Posed with one boot planted triumphantly on a locked treasure chest, goblet raised in a self-satisfied toast, he radiates the easy confidence of someone who always holds the better hand. His wide-brimmed hat with feathered plume, layered travelling coat, rope-sash belt heavy with coin pouches, and that distinctive curled moustache all speak to a character who has cultivated his appearance as carefully as his ledgers. The base is scattered with loose coins, a small jug, and a scroll — the detritus of deals done and debts recorded.
From Primal Collectibles' Uncharted Kingdoms: The Mighty Stone collection, Grimas is a sculpt that does the characterisation work for you. Whether he's the charming fence the party reluctantly needs, the scheming merchant who financed the villain's operation, or the surprisingly well-armed moneylender who really wants that favour repaid — he brings instant personality to any encounter. Equally at home on a display shelf as on the gaming table.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable, morally ambiguous NPC with clear personality baked into the sculpt
- Are running urban intrigue, guild politics, or a heist-heavy campaign arc
- Want a quest-giver whose motives are obviously self-serving
- Enjoy painting characterful, expressive figures with lots of surface detail
- Are building a display collection of distinctive fantasy personalities
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at Grimas's counting house to repay a loan — only to find him already celebrating, goblet raised, foot on a chest they recognise as the one stolen from their employer's vault three nights ago. He offers them a drink. He doesn't explain the chest. He doesn't need to.

What's included:
Grimas is printed at 32mm scale. The decorative scenic base is available as a separate option — and given how well the figure interacts with it (that boot on the chest is the pose), we'd strongly recommend selecting it. The model and base are printed as separate pieces and can be attached with a small amount of glue. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork.

Mitz & Simz — the cats rolled History to remember every time we got something wrong. Nat 20. Both of them.
Pairs well with NPC characters — explore more from Primal.
