Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
We aim to dispatch most orders within a week from when the order is placed but for larger orders we ask that they can take up to 3 weeks.
If there is a delay with the order, we will get in touch with you.
If you have specific timing related needs, please get in touch with us or leave a Note on your order.
Returns Policy
If there is an issue with your item, please get in touch with us so that we can work together to sort it out so that you are satisfied with your item.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return the item, you can return the item to use for a refund of the item cost (not shipping if the item had postage fee). Return postage to be paid by the customer.
