Description

Every labyrinth needs a warlord — and when this horned captain spreads his arms wide and roars his challenge across the stone corridors, even the bravest paladin reconsiders charging in first.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Minotaur Captain Roar is a commanding figure — broad-shouldered and heavily built, caught in a moment of bellowing dominance with both arms thrown wide. His hands are wrapped in layered leather bindings and he wears a set of jagged, fang-like chest armour that gives him the look of something ancient and brutal. A heavy belt with an ornate circular boss anchors a long sword that hangs at his side, while a sweeping cape — wind-caught and tattered at the hem — fans dramatically behind him, adding real presence to the pose.

His head is crowned with a curved horn helmet that sits low over a broad, savage face: fanged jaw open mid-roar, eyes set beneath heavy brows, every line of the sculpt radiating raw aggression. His feet are planted wide in a stance that reads as territorial dominance — this is a creature announcing that the party has made a very serious mistake. The large 51mm base gives him the footprint his presence demands and keeps him stable even with that dramatically extended cape.

Whether you paint him in classic minotaur tones — dark hides, bloodied leather, weathered bronze — or go full warlord with gilded armour and clan markings, the sculpt offers plenty of surface variety to reward careful brushwork. He works just as well on a display shelf as at the centre of a dungeon encounter.

A natural fit for adventurers who want:

  • A striking, large-footprint boss or sub-boss for a dungeon, labyrinth, or gladiatorial arena
  • A character-rich miniature that reads clearly from across the table
  • A painting project with strong visual drama — flowing cloth, layered armour, and an expressive face
  • A display centrepiece that commands attention on any shelf

Encounter Hook

The party descends into the lower cells of the Crimson Arena expecting another beast-fight — instead, the iron gate rises to reveal the Captain: arms spread, head back, the roar that follows shaking dust from the ceiling as the crowd above erupts. He doesn't attack immediately. He lets them look. Then he draws the blade.
