Description

Wound tight by hands that crumbled to dust centuries ago, it still marches its appointed rounds — sword levelled, gears turning, purpose unbroken.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Minor Venerator is a construct of unmistakable intent. This pose — pose 2 of our Minor Venerator range — captures the automaton mid-stride, one arm extended with a broad-bladed mechanical sword thrust forward in challenge, the other heavy fist drawn back and ready. Its domed head bristles with rivets and lens-like eyes, the torso a mass of clockwork panelling, pressure valves, and segmented plating that speaks to a forgotten artificer's genius. Every joint is articulated, every surface layered with mechanical detail that rewards both close painting and a distance glance across the battlefield.

Whether you're statting it up as a Construct guardian using the Animated Armor or Shield Guardian block, deploying it as the centrepiece of an arcane facility encounter, or placing it on a display shelf as a monument to clockpunk fantasy, the Venerator earns its place. Equally at home in a Eberron warforged-adjacent setting or guarding the vaults of a high-magic empire, this sculpt lends itself to a dozen campaign contexts.

A fine addition for adventurers who:

  • Need a guardian construct NPC that reads clearly from across the table
  • Are running artificer-heavy campaigns or steampunk-inflected adventures
  • Want a mechanical enemy with genuine visual menace and painting depth
  • Collect constructs and clockwork creatures for display as well as play

Encounter Hook:
The party follows a map to a sealed undercroft beneath the ruins of Vaelthorn Keep — and finds the automaton waiting at the inner door, sword level, as though the Artificer-King's decree were issued this morning rather than four hundred years ago. It will not move until someone speaks the correct passphrase. Nobody in the party has it.

Details

What's included: One Minor Venerator 02 miniature printed at 32mm scale. The decorative base is included as a separate piece — attach with a drop of superglue. Some models interact with their base in a way that makes the pairing well worth keeping. Printed to a high level of detail; supports are removed prior to dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are simple to clean up before priming.
