Description
Somewhere beneath the rubble of a forgotten empire, a wind-up key still turns — and the machine that answers it remembers only one directive: protect.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Minor Venerator is a compact but formidable clockwork construct, broad-shouldered and barrel-chested, with segmented armour plating layered over a mechanical frame built for endurance rather than elegance. Each arm terminates in a heavy cylindrical fist — part piston, part battering ram — and a winding key protrudes from the dome of its round, expressionless head. The base is etched with clockface numerals, hinting at a creator obsessed with precision and time. This is a machine that was built to last, and has.
Whether you're running an artificer's lair, an ancient ruins delve, or a ticking-clock dungeon encounter (literally), the Minor Venerator brings mechanical menace and world-building depth to the table. It's equally at home as a guardian construct in a wizard's tower, a malfunctioning sentinel in a lost dwarven fortress, or a repurposed war machine in the service of a morally ambiguous artificer patron. Collectors will appreciate the layered mechanical detail — the exposed gear ring on the torso, the segmented limbs, the riveted panels — all of which reward a careful hand with a brush.
A rewarding choice for adventurers who:
- Need a construct guardian or animated sentinel for their next dungeon encounter
- Are running an artificer-themed campaign or steampunk-adjacent setting
- Want a miniature with strong mechanical detail that will paint up beautifully
- Are building a display collection of constructs, golems, and arcane automata
Encounter Hook:
The party discovers the Venerator mid-patrol in the sealed sub-levels of the Aurelian Vaults — still following a centuries-old route, still carrying the wax-sealed orders it was never permitted to read. The orders are addressed to a duke whose bloodline ended three hundred years ago. The machine will not relinquish them to anyone who cannot produce the correct signet ring.

What's included:
This miniature is scaled to 32mm and comes with a decorative clockface base as a separate piece — attach with a small amount of super glue. The base is designed to complement the sculpt and the two work particularly well together. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. As with all hand-checked prints, minor imperfections or trace support marks may occasionally occur and can be tidied up with light sanding.
