This bundle contains both sculpted variations of the Mind Flayer Arcanist — two distinct poses of the same terrifying character, letting you choose the right one for the encounter, or use both across different sessions.

Variation 01 depicts the arcanist mid-incantation, one clawed hand raised and fingers splayed as though grasping at something invisible, the other bent upward beside the face in a gesturing flourish. The sculpt wears a heavily textured robe etched with arcane script along the hem, a skull-adorned belt buckle, and chunky chain detailing hanging from the waist. The thorax and shoulders are covered in a studded, boil-textured breastplate bristling with long bone-like spurs. The illithid head is flanked by flared, blade-like protrusions, and the four facial tentacles curl outward with distinct anatomical detail.

Variation 02 takes a broader, more imposing stance — both arms thrown wide with clawed gauntlets open and reaching, as though channelling a massive psionic or arcane burst. The spiked breastplate is more ornate in this pose, with scrollwork detailing across the chest. A single tall central horn crowns the head, flanked by swept lateral spurs. Heavy chain loops hang low at the front, and the robe's lower half carries the same dense engraved detailing as Variation 01. This pose reads with far more theatrical menace on the table — the arcanist commanding rather than casting.
