This is Mimic Chest 01 from Novaminis, the first sculpt in their Mimic Chest range. The mimic is mid-reveal: the wooden lid has wrenched open to expose a maw packed with jagged, uneven teeth, a thick curling tongue, and the unmistakable snarl of something that has been waiting in the dark for a very long time. The wood-grain texture of the chest body, the riveted iron banding, and the latch all hold up perfectly under close inspection — the deception is built right into the sculpt. A second, closed-lid version is included in the set, letting you place both on the table to set the scene before the horror is revealed.
Mimics are a cornerstone of dungeon encounters — equal parts trap, monster, and dark comedy. This sculpt leans into all three. Details
Printed at 32mm scale. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or usable straight from the box. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. As with all hand-finished resin work, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present; these are easily tidied up before painting.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
