Mimics are among the most beloved — and most feared — monsters in the dungeon-master's arsenal, and Novaminis have brought this particular shapeshifter to life in brilliantly specific form. The Mimic Birdbath 01 is sculpted in two states: the Hidden form, which presents as a perfectly ordinary stone birdbath, and the Revealed form, where the basin erupts into a snarling, bulbous maw crammed with sharp teeth, its eyestalks bulging with predatory intent. The creature's fleshy, textured body strains against the pedestal beneath it, tongue lolling as it lurches towards its prey.

Encounter Hook: The players have been hired to investigate a string of disappearances at a derelict noble's estate.
