This is pose 2 of our Merrow Warrior range by Novaminis, and it brings a gloriously grotesque ferocity to the tabletop. The sculpt captures a merrow mid-surge — upper body twisted in aggression, a long barbed polearm thrust outward, while the serpentine fish-tail coils beneath it in kinetic tension. The head is a nightmare of tentacles, jutting bone spurs, and gnashing detail, framed by a sweeping rope-coil horn. Barnacled skin textures and layered spines cover the torso, making this a miniature that rewards both painting and close inspection on a display shelf.
Merrow in D&D 5e are the corrupted kin of tritons — humanoids warped by demonic gifts from Demogorgon into apex predators of the deep. This sculpt embodies that violence without restraint, giving Dungeon Masters a centrepiece threat worthy of a coastal hex, an underwater dungeon encounter, or a flooded temple boss fight. Equally at home on a gaming table or posed on a collector's shelf.

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village's survivors speak of a single creature — one that breached the hull of the harbour master's ship, dragged two guards beneath the waterline on its barbed spear, and vanished before the others could reach the bell. The party has been hired to find it. They have been warned it does not come alone.
Scaled to 32mm and supplied unpainted, ready for priming and painting straight away. Available with or without a plain black display base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Some minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present; these are easily tidied up.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
