Description

Where the tide pulls back and the torchlight fails, something surfaces — fins raised, trident levelled, and patience thoroughly exhausted.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This merfolk warrior cuts an commanding figure: bare-chested and coiled with power, his lower half a thick, spine-ridged tail that anchors him like a reef predator at rest. A single pauldron of layered shell armour guards one shoulder, while his free hand clenches at his side — ready. The spiked crest of his hair and the cold focus in his expression mark him as no mere denizen of the shallows. He carries his trident with the ease of someone who has used it before, and intends to again.

In D&D 5e, merfolk are humanoids of the deep — swift, territorial, and often drawn into the politics of underwater kingdoms, pirate alliances, or ancient sea-god cults. This sculpt goes beyond the basic stat block. He reads as a champion, a warlord, or perhaps the herald of something older than any surface civilisation. Equally suited to tabletop play and display collecting, he brings genuine presence whether he's anchoring a coastal encounter or guarding a shelf.

Brilliant for adventurers who:

  • Run seafaring or coastal D&D 5e campaigns with aquatic threats
  • Need a merfolk champion, sea cult enforcer, or underwater NPC
  • Want a characterful humanoid monster with display-shelf presence
  • Are building encounters around tidal dungeons, sunken temples, or kraken cults
  • Collect and paint fantasy miniatures from independent sculptors

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village has gone silent — no boats on the water, no nets on the quay. When the party investigates, they find a single trident driven into the harbour master's door, still quivering. Beneath it, scratched into the wood in the old tongue: The reef remembers what you took.
