This merfolk warrior sculpt by Mia Kay M3DM captures a figure of genuine coastal menace — a powerful sea-dwelling humanoid with swept-back fin-like crests, pointed ears, and a wrapped cloth draped across her torso, somewhere between ceremonial garb and battle dress.
