Mephits occupy a strange and unsettling niche in the bestiary — small enough to be underestimated, fast enough to be a genuine nuisance, and mean enough to make adventurers regret ignoring them. This is the second variation in MZ4250's Monstrous Menagerie 2025 mephit release — distinguished by its low, crouching stance with wings spread aggressively to each side, as though caught mid-screech or bracing for a lunge.
