Description

Even the landscape tells a story — and in the right moment, a jagged outcrop of stone can mean the difference between cover and catastrophe.

  • ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
  • ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
  • ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama

This medium rock formation is a versatile piece of scatter terrain with a satisfying, naturalistic weight to it. Sculpted with angular fracture lines and rough, layered surfaces, it reads equally well as a chunk of dungeon masonry, a roadside boulder on a wilderness trail, or a crumbling remnant of an ancient ruin. Its compact footprint means it won't crowd a battle map, but its presence is substantial enough to anchor a scene.

Whether you're staging an ambush on a mountain pass, placing cover on an open grassland encounter, or dressing a cavern floor in the Underdark, this rock brings that crucial layer of physical reality to your table. Equally at home in a painted diorama or a speed-run game night, it suits Dungeon Masters and terrain collectors alike.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Want to add natural cover and depth to outdoor or dungeon encounters
  • Are building modular terrain sets for reusable battle maps
  • Enjoy painting and weathering terrain pieces for display or diorama scenes
  • Need quick, believable scatter pieces that fill a table without fuss

Encounter Hook:
The party rounds a bend on the Thornwall Road to find three bandits crouched behind a cluster of boulders — this one among them — crossbows trained on the path. Initiative is rolled before anyone has a chance to speak.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. The piece arrives ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box if unpainted terrain suits your table. As with all hand-finished resin work, minor surface marks may occasionally occur — these are easily tidied up with fine sandpaper or a craft knife. Each piece is fully cured before dispatch.
