This is pose 2 of Novaminis' Manticore range, and where the first sculpt leans into aggression, this one radiates something more unsettling: cold, deliberate menace. The manticore prowls low to the ground, its great leathery wings spread wide as though mid-landing — catching the wind off a mountain ridge or descending on a caravan that had no warning. The bearded, lion-like face is twisted with predatory focus rather than blind fury, and the musculature across the haunches and shoulders speaks to a creature that doesn't rush because it doesn't need to. Every surface detail — from the individual hairs of the mane to the taut membrane of the wing skin — has been sculpted with the kind of care that rewards a careful paint job and holds up at arm's length on the battlefield alike. Whether you're running a CR 3 roadside ambush or building a mountain-range lair for something far worse, this sculpt gives the Manticore the physical authority the Monster Manual always promised it.

Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is unattached and can be fixed with glue. If you'd like a different scale, just get in touch. Some minor surface marks from the printing process are possible; these are easily tidied up before priming. The miniature is fully cured and ready to prime and paint, or use straight out of the box as-is.
