She moves through the night like a silk ribbon unravelling — bat wings spread wide beneath traditional robes, her hunger older than any empire your adventurers have ever crossed.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Manananggal is one of Philippine mythology's most viscerally compelling horrors: a creature that separates its upper body from its lower half to hunt at night, trailing its viscera through the dark. These two sculpts capture her in contrasting moments — one pose shows her kneeling, mouth agape in a shriek mid-transformation, bat wings flung wide as her robes pool around her; the other presents her standing with cold composure, parasol raised, wings folded at her back like a cloak she hasn't quite let fall. The detail across both is extraordinary: the stretch of the wing membranes, the structured folds of the kimono-style garments, the raw tension of transformation versus predatory stillness.
At 42mm, these minis sit taller than standard 32mm heroic scale — giving the Manananggal a commanding presence on the table that does justice to her mythological weight. Whether you're building a horror-inflected eastern-inspired campaign, running a Ravenloft arc, or simply want something genuinely striking on your display shelf, this set earns its place.
Well-suited to adventurers who:
- Need a supernatural horror villain with roots in real-world mythology
- Are running a Ravenloft, gothic horror, or eastern-flavoured campaign arc
- Want two contrasting character poses to represent different phases of an encounter
- Are building a themed display collection around folklore-inspired creatures
- Love painting technically detailed miniatures with strong narrative presence
Encounter Hook:
The village healers have been disappearing one by one — always found at dawn, hollow-eyed and drained, their memories of the night before completely gone. The party traces the disappearances to the tea house on the hill, where a composed and elegant proprietress serves lantern-lit evenings to a select clientele. She is charming, unhurried, and has not once been seen to blink.

What's included:
This listing includes both Manananggal sculpts — the kneeling screaming pose and the standing parasol pose. The standing pose comes with a plain black base; the kneeling pose comes with a grey floater base. Both bases attach easily with a drop of glue. These minis measure approximately 42mm at their tallest point. Supplied unpainted and ready to prime.
