This is pose 02 of the Male Priest Flag range by Galaad Miniatures — and where pose 01 may stand at attention, this sculpt radiates authority in motion. The priest strides forward in layered battle-worn robes over armour plating, a rope-bound satchel at his hip, and skull-embossed pauldrons marking him as a servant of something older and less forgiving than a parish church. His banner staff is a centrepiece in itself: riveted, segmented, and crowned with an open tome flanked by skeletal hands and a leering skull. The war hammer in his off-hand is compact, battered, and clearly used. This is not a cloistered theologian — this is a cleric who enforces doctrine personally.

The sculpt rewards careful painting. The banner's trailing ribbons, the chain at his waist, the fine detailing on the skull pauldron, and the texture of his layered robes all give painters something to work into. Equally at home on the gaming table as it is on a display shelf.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces and attach easily with superglue — the base is sculpted to complement the model's pose, so we recommend using it as intended. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor marks may occasionally remain and can be tidied up before painting.
