Malakar, Lord of the Death Realm is no shambling undead — he is something far worse: a warlord who transcended death and returned with authority over it. This sculpt captures him at the height of his terrible power — bare-chested beneath shredded feathered pauldrons, his horned helm cresting like a crown of bone and shadow. Two long engraved blades are levelled outward in a stance that says he has already won and is simply waiting for you to realise it. A sweeping tattered cloak trails behind him, and his base is strewn with skulls — the remains of those who challenged him last.
Every surface rewards the painter: layered feather-like armour segments, deeply inscribed swords, exposed muscle scarred by whatever dark ritual bound him to his throne, and that commanding helm with its twin forward-raking horns. Whether you're building toward a campaign-ending confrontation or adding a centrepiece to your display shelf, Malakar earns his place at the head of the table.

Encounter Hook:
The party has spent three sessions dismantling Malakar's cult — burning his shrines, slaying his lieutenants, scattering his armies. They descend into the final sanctum expecting a weakened shadow of the legend. Instead, the doors open inward on their own, and there he stands at the far end of the hall, blades already drawn, surrounded by the skulls of everyone who tried this before them. He doesn't speak. He doesn't need to.

Printed at 32mm scale — note that as a BBEG sculpt, Malakar is intentionally sized to loom over standard adventurer minis, giving him the table presence a Death Realm warlord deserves. If you'd like any scale adjustments, just get in touch. The miniature arrives in separate components for assembly with super glue. Some minor cleanup of support marks may occasionally be needed, though we quality-check every piece before it leaves us.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
