Male Dwarf 01 by Galaad Miniatures

He has walked roads that don't appear on any map, carrying blades older than most kingdoms and secrets older than those.

This grizzled dwarf cuts a compelling silhouette — deep hood shadowing a weathered face framed by a thick white beard, one hand gripping a rune-carved staff while a shortsword rests point-down in the earth beside him. A second sword rides across his back, hilt jutting over his shoulder, suggesting a fighter who doesn't leave anything to chance. His belt is heavy with pouches, and his layered travelling clothes speak of years on the road rather than time spent in a throne room. This is pose 01 of our Male Dwarf range by Galaad Miniatures.

Whether he's a retired mercenary with one last job, a wandering Eldritch Knight who collects runic lore, or a dour quest-giver who knows more than he lets on, this sculpt carries the kind of lived-in authority that makes tabletop encounters memorable. The detail across his belt straps, boot wrappings, and staff carvings rewards careful painting, while the dynamic rear view — cloak billowing, sword at the ready — gives painters and collectors something worth displaying from every angle.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

• Need a grizzled dwarven Fighter, Rogue, or Eldritch Knight for their player character
• Want a morally ambiguous NPC — a contact, a rival, or a keeper of dangerous knowledge
• Are building a dwarven warband or mercenary company for their campaign
• Enjoy painting aged, weathered characters with rich textural detail
• Display hooded fantasy figures alongside their collection

Encounter Hook:
The party has been asking around the lower taverns for a guide into the sealed dwarven hold — and every whispered answer leads back to the same name. When they finally find him, he's sitting alone in a corner booth, staff leaning against the wall, two swords within reach, and an expression that says he already knows why they're here. He doesn't ask how they found him. He asks how much they're willing to lose.
