Sir Davion Gainsworth is a man of terrible conviction. As a Magebane Inquisitor of the Baldurian Inquisition, he has made it his life's work to root out those who would wield arcane power without accountability or restraint. His ornate armour, layered with filigree scrollwork and the trappings of institutional authority, speaks to a career built as much on ceremony as on cold steel. The broad-brimmed hat is no affectation — it is the mark of his order, worn by every inquisitor who has sworn the Magebane oath. His longsword is levelled with the measured calm of someone who has done this many times before, his free hand curled at his side, ready to counter whatever is thrown at him.
This sculpt from DM Stash captures Gainsworth mid-stance — coat swept back, weight forward, sword arm fully extended in a commanding point. The detail is exceptional throughout: hammered pauldrons with acanthus leaf tracery, a layered tabard over articulated greaves, and a rubble-strewn cobblestone base that grounds him firmly in an urban or dungeon setting.
