Description
He arrived at the crossroads at midnight, top hat tilted, skull-staff in hand, and a white hare darting between his boots — and every traveller who met him left the encounter questioning what, exactly, they had agreed to.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs

The Mad Hatter is a sculpt dripping with theatrical menace. This digital render shows him in an upright, confident pose — one gloved hand raised as though offering you something you haven't decided whether to accept, the other gripping a tall staff crowned with a grinning skull. His long frock coat fans out dramatically at the back, and a feathered top hat sits atop a head of wild, curling hair. At his feet, a white hare streaks across the sculpted base, trailing billowing cloth — a detail that rewards close inspection on the shelf as much as it catches the eye across a gaming table.
The sculpt lends itself to a wildly varied roster of campaign roles: a Fey trickster broker, an Arcane Trickster with a flair for the theatrical, a Warlock whose patron enjoys a good riddle, or a fiendishly charming villain who always seems to know more than he should. His expression — that wide, slightly-too-wide smile — does the heavy lifting before a single word of dialogue.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a charismatic, unsettling NPC to anchor a Feywild or gothic urban arc
- Are playing an Arcane Trickster, Bard, or Warlock with theatrical flair
- Want a display piece that draws the eye on any hobby shelf
- Are building a cast of memorable villains with distinct visual identities
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to recover a stolen artefact. The trail leads to a lavish tea party in an abandoned manor — presided over by a grinning figure in a feathered top hat who already knows their names, already knows what they're looking for, and has prepared three different deals for their consideration. Only one of them is what it appears to be.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale, this miniature arrives ready for priming and painting. The sculpt includes the base scenic elements shown — including the hare and flowing cloth — which may arrive as separate pieces for ease of printing and can be assembled with a small amount of superglue. As with all our prints, supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks are an inherent part of the process and can be cleaned up easily before painting.
