Description
Bound to a weapon it was never meant to wield, Macewrath has wandered the ruined places of the world for centuries, carrying out orders no one living remembers giving.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Macewrath is not your typical warforged soldier. This hulking, demonic construct crouches with predatory intent, one clawed hand outstretched and the other gripping a wicked mace adorned with a snarling draconic head — its haft ending in a curled hook that speaks of infernal craftsmanship. The oversized, bulbous skull is crowned with multiple curved horns and ridged protrusions, giving it an unmistakably fiendish silhouette that sets it apart from any standard clockwork golem. Thick cords of muscle and plated natural armour cover its torso and limbs, and it balances its considerable mass atop a large spherical stone — a pose that radiates coiled, dangerous energy.
Whether you play it as a rogue construct haunting an ancient stronghold, a devil-forged guardian bound to a cursed vault, or a unique artificer creation gone catastrophically off-script, Macewrath brings genuine menace to the table. It works equally well as a named boss encounter or an exceptional centrepiece on a display shelf — the sculpted detail rewards a careful paint job from every angle.
Worthwhile for adventurers who:
- Need a large, characterful construct or warforged boss for a D&D 5e encounter
- Want a fiendish-looking enemy NPC that reads as genuinely threatening on the battlemat
- Are building an artificer's rogue gallery or an infernal dungeon encounter roster
- Collect and paint high-detail fantasy miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The party descends into the vaulted lower chambers of Blackspire Citadel only to find a single occupant still at its post — a massive horned construct crouched atop the Orb of Sealing, mace raised, eyes burning with an ancient command to let no one pass. It hasn't been given new orders in four hundred years. It doesn't need any.
Details
Macewrath is supplied at 32mm scale and arrives ready to prime and paint. If you'd prefer a different scale, send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate. A plain black base is included as standard; a decorative base upgrade is available — please drop us a note at checkout specifying which scene you'd like: Wall Scene, Books Scene, or Boxes Scene. The base arrives separate for easy attachment with your preferred glue. Some minor post-print marks are possible with any resin miniature; these are easily tidied up during prep.
