Lycanthropes Weretiger by MZ4250
Description
The village elder warned you about the traveller who never eats at the inn — the one who disappears on market nights and whose cellar always smells of blood.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is a wereboar in full hybrid form: barrel-chested, tusked, and bristling with barely contained aggression. The sculpt captures that unsettling midpoint between man and beast — still wearing boots and a belt, still gripping a long-hafted warhammer with deliberate intent, yet unmistakably something other. One fist is raised, knuckles forward, as though daring the party to make the first move. The detail in the snout, the curve of the tusks, and the layered fur-trimmed armour give this mini a genuine sense of weight and threat that reads well across the table.
Wereboars occupy a fascinating space in D&D lore — they are not mindless monsters but cursed individuals whose fury burns hot and whose immunity to non-magical weapons can catch unprepared parties badly off guard. Whether you're running this as a recurring NPC mid-transformation or a full combat encounter, this sculpt sells the moment. It works equally well as a display piece for collectors who appreciate characterful beast-folk sculpts with strong silhouettes.
Perfect for adventurers who:- Need a wereboar or lycanthrope miniature for a D&D 5e or TTRPG encounter
- Are building a Ravenloft or cursed wilderness campaign arc
- Want a beast-folk or hybrid creature for painting projects or display shelves
- Play or DM scenarios involving shapeshifters, curses, or hidden identities
Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked a series of farm animal slaughters to an isolated grain merchant — a broad-shouldered man with a short temper and an unusual number of locks on his workshop door. When they finally confront him at dusk, he doesn't run. He smiles, reaches for the hammer on his workbench, and begins to change.
