Description

The full moon rises, and the man you trusted lurches forward — shirt torn, claws splitting from his fingers, face twisting into something no longer human.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This miniature captures a lycanthrope at the most dramatic and narratively charged moment of their curse: mid-transformation. Neither fully beast nor fully human, the figure stands with arms outstretched, claws extending from splayed hands, tattered clothing clinging to a body already reshaping itself. The head is thrown back — jaw open, brow furrowed — mid-howl or mid-agony, it's hard to say which. Fur erupts along the forearms and legs, and the feet have already twisted into taloned paws, while a belt buckle sits as the last mundane detail of the person they once were. It's a sculpt built for drama.

Whether this is the moment your party finally understands why the merchant always disappeared for three days each month, or the reveal of a corrupted paladin who couldn't control the beast within, this miniature lands with storytelling weight. It reads just as well as a player character fighting their own curse as it does a memorable encounter villain — and off the table, it makes a compelling display piece in its own right.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Run horror-tinged campaigns set in Gothic or wilderness environments
  • Need an NPC reveal that makes the whole table go quiet
  • Want a miniature that works equally for gaming and display collecting
  • Love the narrative tension of a monster that used to be a person

Encounter Hook:
The party's contact — the one who helped them navigate the city's thieves' guild — has gone silent for three days. When they find him in a locked cellar on the edge of the merchant quarter, his knuckles are bleeding, the door is clawed from the inside, and tonight is the third full moon since he begged them to find a cure.
