This is not a simple scarecrow. The Lord of the Harvest is a towering, skeletal figure crowned with a carved pumpkin head and a battered witch's hat, his ragged coat flapping as he raises an ornate lantern with one clawed hand. His other arm grips a tall wooden staff, and he sits atop a massive pumpkin surrounded by smaller gourds, twisted roots, and the crumbling detritus of a long-dead harvest. The sculpt is a multi-element diorama-style base composition — dynamic, detailed, and dripping with autumnal dread. The lantern, the staff, the decomposed texture of his limbs, the rune-etched base: every element rewards a close look and a careful brush.
He works equally well as a BBEG for a harvest-festival-gone-wrong arc, a powerful fey lord of the dying season, or a Ravenloft domain lord presiding over cursed farmland. The larger-than-standard scale makes him a commanding centrepiece on any gaming table — or a showpiece on a display shelf that will make visitors ask questions.

The village of Ashenmere hasn't sent a harvest tithe in three years. When the party finally reaches it, the fields are black, the granary doors hang open, and every scarecrow in every field has turned to face the road — all of them holding lanterns that weren't there yesterday. At the centre of the largest field, one of them is moving.

This model is supplied at a larger-than-standard scale — the base measures approximately 55mm, sized by the artist to suit a boss or centrepiece role. The base is supplied detached and can be secured with standard modelling glue. If you need a different scale, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
