Description

In the fetid heart of a swamp-drowned ruin, scales glisten under torchlight as clawed fingers trace arcane script across a waterlogged tome — this lizardfolk has learned the secrets of magic, and they intend to use them.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This lizardfolk wizard is a character of genuine presence. Sculpted in a mid-stride scholarly pose, he holds an open spellbook outstretched in one hand whilst lifting the lid of a small orb or flask in the other — as though consulting both text and reagent in the same breath. Slung across his back is a blowpipe or staff, and atop his head sits a wide-brimmed hat bristling with bone spikes or feathers, giving him the air of a swamp sage who earns respect through knowledge as much as menace. His scaled hide, clawed feet, and muscular reptilian frame make him unmistakably lizardfolk, but the hat and spellbook mark him as something rarer — a scholar of the old ways.

Whether you're running him as a player character wizard, a reclusive NPC loremaster dwelling deep in the marshes, or a rival caster with an agenda your party hasn't yet uncovered, this sculpt gives you a character with a clear story already written into every detail. He works equally well on the tabletop and on a display shelf alongside other humanoid casters.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Are playing or DMing a lizardfolk wizard or sorcerer PC
  • Need a distinctive swamp-dwelling NPC sage or quest-giver
  • Want a rival arcane scholar with genuine visual personality
  • Collect humanoid caster miniatures for display or painting projects

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a series of spell-scorched ruins deep in the Mistmarsh. At the centre of the latest one, surrounded by floating pages and the smell of burnt reeds, stands a lizardfolk in a spike-crowned hat — not fleeing, not threatening, but reading aloud in Draconic from a tome that predates the current age. He doesn't look up. He simply says: "You're late. I sent the distress signal three moons ago."
